These terms govern your use of the Txtor Ai iOS app and keyboard extension ("the app"), operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
Txtor Ai generates suggested replies for your conversations using artificial intelligence (Google's Gemini models). Suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. You decide what to send, and you are solely responsible for the messages you actually send to other people.
AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or a poor fit for your situation. We make no promises about the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any suggestion (romantic or otherwise). Review every suggestion before sending it.
You agree not to use the app to harass, deceive, or harm others; to generate unlawful content; to probe, overload, or abuse our backend services; or to reverse-engineer or resell access to the service. We may suspend service to abusive clients.
Versions before 1.2.0. Earlier versions of the app included a limited free tier of reply generations per month. If you are still running one of those versions, that free tier continues to work until you update. Everything below describes version 1.2.0 and later.
From version 1.2.0, Txtor Ai is a subscription service. Generating replies requires an active subscription, available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly plan. All three unlock the same features and differ only in billing period. Prices vary by country; the price shown on the App Store for your region is the price you pay.
Free trial. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Apple grants the trial once per subscription group, so it is available once per Apple Account, not once per plan. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown when you subscribed.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms — we never process payments ourselves. You can cancel any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Reply packs (discontinued). Reply packs were one-time purchases that added a fixed number of reply generations to your balance. They are no longer sold as of version 1.2.0. Balances bought before then do not expire and remain usable — removing a product from sale does not cancel what you already paid for. They are consumable and, once delivered to your balance, non-refundable except where required by law or under Apple's refund policies.
Prices, plans, and limits may change with notice through the App Store or in the app. A price increase on an existing subscription requires your consent under Apple's rules, and Apple will ask you directly.
The app depends on third-party services (Apple, Cloudflare, Google). We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features — including switching AI models — at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The app, its design, and branding remain ours. You keep whatever rights you have in the content you submit; you grant us the limited right to process it for the sole purpose of generating your requested replies.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
